Ralph joined Parameter Climate (PC) shortly after its foundation, and is responsible for managing PC’s advisory and distribution relationships. Prior to PC, Ralph worked at Sompo Global Weather as Head of Origination – EMEA, where he was responsible for sourcing parametric solutions for weather and crop yield risks. Prior to that, Ralph held various roles in European Power and Gas Trading.

Ralph received a Master’s in Finance from London Business School, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, & Marketing from Northeastern University. Ralph is based in London where he resides with his family.
