Diana Lofaro

Head of Operations

Diana has been with Parameter Climate (PC) since its foundation in November 2021 as Head of Operations. Diana is responsible for all aspects of PC’s operations including the execution, settlement, and reporting for PC’s managed portfolios, corporate FP&A, and managing capacity and investor relationships. Prior to PC, Diana held various roles within Endurance and Sompo International across corporate FP&A and weather operations for Sompo Global Weather. Diana began her career in financial reporting at Partner Re.

Diana received a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Manhattan College. She is based in PC’s New York City office and currently resides with her family in New York.
